This Support Addendum (“Addendum”) is incorporated by reference into the
SpreadsheetImporter Commercial Licence
(“Licence”) only if Licensee has purchased one of the Support Plans
defined below. Capitalised terms have the meaning set out in the Licence.

Support Services do not include:
The chosen Support Plan commences on the invoice date and runs concurrently with the Software licence term. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 30 days before the next renewal date.
Support fees are invoiced and payable annually in advance as shown on the corresponding invoice. Failure to pay the Support fee when due suspends the Support Services until full payment is received.
The Limitation-of-Liability clause in the Commercial Licence applies equally to this Addendum. Under no circumstances shall Licensor’s aggregate liability arising out of this Addendum exceed the Support fees paid by Licensee in the preceding twelve (12) months.
This Addendum is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Exclusive venue for disputes is the competent court in Munich, Germany.
